This project transformed a 25,000 SF industrial building into a cutting-edge tech workspace.  The central work lounge is defined by the skylight, bleacher seating, and flexible furnishings along with reclaimed wood accents.  Offices and meeting spaces have been located on the interior of the plan to allow the continuous ribbon windows to bring the stunning natural southern California scenery into the space.
