Testfit & Building Evaluation
As companies and brokers evaluate the feasibility of relocating, a test fit is useful. This floor plan assesses the strengths and weaknesses of competing buildings and ensures that the selected building will meet the company’s programmatic needs.
Traditional Full Service
Our traditional full-service design includes schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. We utilize a well-established network of engineers and partner architecture firms to ensure that we deliver – no matter how large or small the opportunity.
