This award-winning LEED Gold project converted an abandoned warehouse into a state-of-the-art tech campus. The program includes working space for over 500 employees, a fitness center, a cafeteria, a yoga studio, and a signature conference tower made from reused shipping containers. The project remains the anchor of Raleigh’s warehouse district and is credited with bringing much-needed redevelopment to this neighborhood.
