This renovation breathed new life into this existing structure in the historic Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC.  The exterior walls were retained; however, the entire interior was demolished and redesigned.  New windows were created to complement the existing facades.  The interiors were designed to bring daylight as deep into the structure as possible with modern, sleek finishes.
